DOGSTARS PRIVACY POLICY
The purpose of this privacy policy is to inform you, as a visitor to our website what kinds of information we may gather about you how we may use that information whether we disclose it to anyone, and the choices you have regarding our use of, and your ability to correct, the information. Our policies and procedures for handling customer information have been created with the understanding that Internet technologies are still evolving and that Internet business methods are continuing to evolve to meet the needs and opportunities of the changing technologies. Some of this information-such as the customer's name, address, telephone number, and credit card data - is provided to DogStars by its customers in order to establish service. Other information - such as the customer's account status and choice of services - is created and maintained by DogStars in the normal course of providing service. In addition, DogStars may store customers' electronic mail and other communications as a necessary incident to the transmission and delivery of those communications.PERSONAL INFORMATION
Any information that personally identifies you or allows us to contact you. It includes, without limitation, your full name, your e-mail address, your home address, or your telephone number. This information is ordinarily used to individualize your experience, communicate separately with you, facilitate your movements throughout our website, and to be able to selectively send you communications that may be of interest to you, either electronically or otherwise.Generally, you can visit our website without revealing any Personal Information about yourself. The personal information collected from Customers during the registration process is used to manage each Customer's account (such as for billing purposes). This information is not shared with third parties, unless specifically stated otherwise or in special circumstances. which governs the behavior of our employees with regard to the collection, use and disclosure of our clients' personal information.
VOLUNTARY CLIENT SURVEYS
We may periodically conduct both business and individual customer surveys.
We encourage our customers to participate in these surveys because they provide us with important information that helps us to improve the types of services we offer and how we provide them to you.
Your personal information and responses will remain strictly confidential, even if the survey is conducted by a third party.
Participation in our customer surveys is voluntary. Cancellation Policy
At DogStars, we pride ourselves on the convenience of our registration, customer service and cancellations.
To cover administrative costs, should clients need to cancel a program more than 1 week prior to its starting date, a $25 cancellation fee per pet applies.
Programs cancelled within 7 days of a program start are subject to a 100% penalty. There are no refunds for missed days due to changed work or vacation schedules, sick days, or other non-emergency reasons.
The company recognizes that extenuating circumstances exist. If you would like to inquire into switching classes or taking make-up classes, please see the Change Policy below and contact our office.
For cancellations due to medical illnesses or for any other compassionate reason, please apply in writing to the Main Office for a potential credit (if medical, include documentation).
